Return Policy
At Khowai, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you receive a damaged product or we mistakenly send you an incorrect order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—including shipping costs*.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong item, size, or color.
- Your order was lost during shipment.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or other proof is required to validate the return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from returns, such as personalized items or discount and clearance merchandise.
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition and returned in the original Khowai packaging.

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after approval.

Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized or customized cannot be exchanged.
- Discount or Clearance Merchandise: Items purchased on discount or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return or exchange criteria. This process may take up to 5-10 business days.
- Exchange Completion: After approval, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.

- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we may offer a similar product or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- One-Time Exchange: Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only.
- International Orders: Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns for orders shipped outside of Bangladesh.
