1. Pricing Policy

  • Product Pricing: All products available on our website are priced at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Price Variations: Prices on our website may differ from prices in physical Khowai stores due to promotional offers, exclusive online deals, or other pricing strategies.
  • Delivery Charges: The MRP does not include delivery charges. Shipping costs will be calculated and added during the checkout process, based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Price Errors: In the event of a pricing error due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

2. Order Policy

  • Stock Availability: Orders can be placed for both items currently in stock and items available for pre-order on our website. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you promptly and provide options such as a refund or an exchange product.
  • Order Confirmation: After successfully placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging receipt of your order. This message will include details such as the order number, items ordered, billing and shipping addresses, and the total amount.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Online Payment: We accept various secure online payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic wallets. Payments are processed through trusted payment gateways.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to BDT 10,000. Payment is made at the time of delivery.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Paid Orders: Orders that have been paid for and shipped cannot be canceled.
    • Right to Cancel: Khowai reserves the right to cancel any order under exceptional circumstances.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Timeframes

  • Within Dhaka Metropolitan Area: We aim to ship each item in your order within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka City: We strive to ship items within 7 to 10 working days after order confirmation.
  •   Excluding public holidays.

Delivery Charges

  • Within Dhaka City: A shipping fee of BDT 70 applies.
  • Outside Dhaka City: A shipping fee of BDT 130 applies.

Delivery Details

  • Single Destination Address: Each order will be shipped to a single address as specified at the time of purchase. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
  • Multiple Deliveries: In cases where a single order contains multiple items, we may deliver them in separate shipments to ensure timely availability. No additional shipping charges will be applied for these multiple deliveries.
  • Accurate Information: Please ensure that all delivery information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete to facilitate successful delivery.
  • Possible Delays: Orders may be delayed or canceled due to factors beyond our control, such as product unavailability, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances like political unrest or adverse weather conditions. We will inform you promptly and provide suitable alternatives when possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Product Inspection: Please inspect your products upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or pricing at the time of delivery, please return it immediately to the delivery person.
  • Contact Information: Ensure that all contact and delivery information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Khowai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid in connection with your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Timeless or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use of any content on the website is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
